Topic: Entrepreneurship - Exploring Ideation

Idea is an expression of converting a challenge into an opportunity. Startups and ongoing businesses continuously face challenges. Careers and businesses revolves around business models and this workshop is bringing together those aspiring for bright careers and those who are fascinated by business models i.e. aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.

We invite IIT students to understand how to structure their ideation capabilities to help them explore their entrepreneurial capabilities. We also invite entrepreneurs who want to build their abilities to face disruptions that make their ideas and business model less effective or obsolete.

The workshop will be interactive and have exercises for students as well as entrepreneurs in thinking out of the box about new idea for new business and also new idea for existing business model.

  1. Identifying Problems and challenges that I want to focus
  2. Expressing ideas that can solve the problem
