Start up- business exist legally and have first customer

Growth- business is growing at least by 7% on top line and or at bottom line

Established- Experienced growth or stable for at least 6 prior years

Expansion- established (read above) in any prior year and added new market segment in prior/ current year

Decline- revenue and or net profit declined in 2 out of 3 prior years

Exit- expressed my interest to exit and looking for buyer
