We are led by Madhukar Talele a finance professional with diverse qualifications of Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (ICWA), Diploma in Computer Science (DCS), Oracle Certified Professional- Database Administrator (OCP DBA) , Certified International Project Manager (CIPM) with several other certifications. The ability to envision the future journey without loosing focus on grass root realities was received to him from his early childhood education at grass root level in India. He connects as easily with MNC culture as he connects with small businessman. He believes in karma kaushalam  in life and same extends to business. Life has infinite possibilities and business is one of those possibilities. He believes a world that can be conceived and perceived by human brain/ mind is the reflection of a soul that is omnipotent. The world can change, the brain can evolve, the mind can imagine and so will be the change in reflection.

Objective view, unbiased approach and out of the box thinking makes him identify the path that the entrepreneur finds in tune with their values , abilities and dreams. He makes the entrepreneur clearly understand the complexities of lifestyles, realities and business styles at local & global level. Accordingly he helps them to suitably modify their strengths and focus areas, create goals, craft the execution plan and then execute it.

He experienced several businesses of varied sizes with revenue from few million Rupees to eight billion USD across different geographies like India, Middle East, Africa, Europe and US. He experienced them in succeeding, acquiring, merging, sustaining, falling, exiting. He has an experience of over 30 years in areas like finance, accounts, corporate developments, funding, governance, shareholder agreements, compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M & A), due diligence, data room preparations, post merger integration, strategy development and implementation with Project Management Office, long range business planning, deep dive in short range business plan and budget focusing on one completed year, one current year and one next year, participating in cross functional teams and facilitating brain storming sessions to handle challenges faced during executions, bench marking with peer, competitors and industry, building business intelligence, designing and implementing ERP that can connect to legacy systems, designing data warehouse and repositories to empower decision support systems, quickly designing and implementing software solutions in oracle developer, MS SQL/Access, VB, PHP/mysql, oracle discoverer, business object, hyperion, tally, adopting open source productivity tools in CMS, CRM, Project management  etc.

He has experienced the disruptions and industry cycles across diverse businesses like Trading, manufacturing, petrochemicals, telecoms, FMCG, contracting, education, luxury goods etc. The businesses were dissected across all functions like sales, marketing, production, technical, finance, HR, Legal, admin etc. The organization structures were varied from proprietary to MNCs and from first generation to beyond 3rd generation.
